AP Art - Going Back to Day 1

When the final destruction falls upon the world,
the only thing the survivors of the disaster can do...
is return to their origins: the Garden of Eden.

The text above should pretty much explain what I meant to portray in this painting of mine. As we all know, the world will destroy itself and rebuild itself, regardless of how much we want to control this power. So this man (resembling my original character, Raiyo, from my original story, Dayton War) is a mere survival of the disaster and is returning to the Garden of Eden. There before the garden is the burning cross which was set down by God after He banished Adam and Eve out of the Garden of Eden.

As with all humans, we turn our backs away from God because: our disbelief in His existence; our disagreement with His "words" or His followers. Now, if the world were to be destroyed and we survive...and realize that His existence is real...will we come crawling back to Him for mercy so we can be saved? (This is but a concept I thought about. XD; Please don't be offended by it because I'm talking about "God." )

Well, regardless of the answer, the painting is very conceptual so you can take out whatever you want from it.
