Personality: Julius is sly, laid-back, and quite a twisted individual. He hates taking orders from others and will physically hurt others if he feels just SLIGHTLY bothered and irritated. Most of the time, Julius does whatever he wants whenever he wants to. It would take a mouthful of genius talk to convince him to move, otherwise.

History: After seeing his mother kill his father, he killed his mother in order to save himself from her. Taken into an orphanage thereafter, he was cast as a freak because of his serious and genius qualities. Therefore, he never made any friends. Soon enough, a priest who often visited the orphanage to deliver food saw the 'talent' that Julius was gifted with and requested the church to adopt him.

Indeed, he was accepted into the church to gain his education and worked for money at the main Cathedral in Sienne, Begnion. There, he met what he thought was a friend...and soon only to be betrayed and used because of his talents. Eventually, Julius rivaled this 'friend' and worked hard up the ladder of society and eventually ending up as a very well-known noble. At this point, even he had surpassed his 'friend' whom he declares a witless individual.

Even with fame, Julius had grown to be known as the enchanting noble with no mercy. Everyone who had been in contact with Julius knows of his ill-temper that would often shed a few drops of blood or broken joints. Basically, majority of the people only kissed his feet so that he would teach them more about the knowledge he had contained through books and political debates in court. His most aimed feature from people is his knowledge in the art of magic. His knowledge is so vast in it that he had already written a few tomes of his own that worked without fail.

Additional Information: Guys, he's a spirit charmer. The mark is on the left side of his pelvic bone which is not visible because he wears clothes. No, it is not the reason why he is so strong. He made a pact with the spirit soon after surpassing his 'friend' to gain even more power to his magic. That's why...I would consider him a magical a-bomb.

On another note, Julius loves and cares for no one -- not even himself. He lives to destroy the entire world one day, taking himself down with it. He lives for hate and hate alone. Without hate, he wouldn't be where he is now.

For a guy who lacks so much love and grew comfortable with solitude, he sure is contained with a lot of personality and attitudes...unlike a certain SOMEONE. Oh yeah...free sketch to whomever can guess the tome he's holding.

EDIT: I changed his hair to green (like I originally had) because he just looked a LOT cooler with green hair. D: Oh yeah, Syd got the tome right. It's REXBOLT. HOW OBVIOUS. :'D
