Personality: Creed, despite the fact that he doesn't talk and looks inapproachable, is actually quite the friendly and playful guy. He will not express this side of him right away, especially if one were to just glance at him and walk on, but after he feels comfortable enough with a person through an encounter, he will began to show more and more body language to communicate with that person better. In the end, he is a kid who is insightful and quite resolved with himself, even with everything that had happened in his past. He's grown to love people and become fascinated by them regardless of how "bad" they seem. Creed just isn't the guy to judge a person.

History: Creed, when only at the age of eight, came home from school one day to a dark, quiet home. He heard a gunshot...and rushed to discover his father shooting his mother...over and over and over as he shouted at her. His father then turned around to face Creed...and was about to shoot him in the head, too, like his mother, until the police rushed in and shot his father in the thigh, stopping him from killing Creed.

But because of this tragic event, his father was put to jail, and Creed was left to stay at an orphanage since he had no relatives nor any living grandmother or grandfather...not even a godparent. Since the incident, Creed could never talk...as the moment was so tragic, it horrified him into silence.

In his orphanage days, Creed plotted to kill his father. He planned it thoughtfully through many, many years. When he was a juvenile at 12 years old, he decided it was time to execute his plan. However, right before the act, Creed had a son-to-father moment when his father confessed his dearest apologies and emotions. Creed finally grew to understand his father's sad, lonely, and betrayed emotions. In the end, he could only forgive him for his broken heart. After all, his mother had been cheating on him since they had gotten married and only reacted wrongly out of misery and now regretted everything. What bothered Creed the most in this encounter was that perhaps he really wasn't his dad's son...but someone else's.

After that event, Creed grew to become friendly and gentle. He grew a heart to love all humans no matter how corrupted they've become. Although, it's sad that Creed was never adopted, he still lives in the orphanage he was raised up in.

Death: Creed ran away from the orphanage in hopes of finding a new, adventurous life. While playing his harmonica peacefully on the sidewalks of Shibuya next to his moped right after the rain, a car sped and skidded right into Creed and killed him instantly.

Entry Fee: Creed lost his love/fascination for the the people of Shibuya in order to play the game. Therefore...he starts out rather emotionless and cold.

Creed is a mysterious boy because of the fact that he refuses to speak with anyone. Instead, he gives out physical gestures, facial expressions, and plays his harmonica to communicate with people. He received the nickname "Creed" because the engraved word on his harmonica is "Creed." He carries his harmonica everywhere he goes, and it's tied with a string and placed around his neck, acting more like a necklace when not in use. Most of the time, Creed is seen on a random part of a sidewalk, sitting beside his parked moped and playing his harmonica in a tune that match his current mood.

When he rides his moped, however...he can get pretty crazy. He's a daredevil, per say. He'll take his moped at some under-construction area and ride there at full speed! Its a thrill he enjoys doing time to time...and he loves heights. So he'll even ride on skyscrapers to get the thrill he's just edging for! It's amazing he's still in one piece.

If Creed was ever part of the actual storyline, I guess he would be working hard NOT to get erased and gathering badges...even though, most of the time, he will seem like he's on the streets with his harmonica and moped.

On my submission, I not only drew his "official art" but also a few of his expressions as well! I kept in mind about the fact that he didn't talk while I drew his expressions. Overall, this contest was a lot of fun, especially when trying to imitate the same art style as the official art. Well, I hope you guys found my character, Creed, a rather intriguing character!
